Winter Share #4 of 8: 12/5+12/7- Eat Up

Phew! Hopefully everyone had a good recovery week after Thanksgiving ;) We've had some dips in the weather, and dodged what could've been a big snowstorm, but there are still crops in the fields to harvest as well as in the tunnels!

The farm crew is tying up loose ends and transitioning to actually reflecting back on a successful 2023 season. We looking to identify things we are good at (and should keep doing), as well as things we need to get better at (so we can make a plan to do so). It's a fun time of year that's filled with way more inside time and resting time.

We have two pick up weeks for the month of December including this coming week and the week before Christmas. Make sure that you've renewed/signed up for the 2024 Share Season by the end of this month because we will be opening up vacant shares to people on the wait list come January.

This week's share will include: carrots, beets, potatoes, sweet potatoes, winter squashes, garlic, lettuce, salad radishes, leeks, celery root, parsnips, fennel, bunched greens, kale, onions and more!
