WINTER SHARE
The Winter Share starts immediately after the summer share ends, and runs through the end of January. Share pick ups are generally every other week (as opposed to every week like the summer share). The first two shares are the most similar to the summer share as we are still harvesting from the fields. There are 7 pick ups this Winter season, and will be the size of the typical summer Farm Share and should be sufficient to last 2 weeks before your next pick up.
The vegetables may include (but are not limited to) carrots, beets, potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions, garlic, leeks, kale, brussels sprouts, cabbage, celery, winter squash, even more winter roots, greens, lettuce,spinach, broccoli, and a lot MORE!
The Winter Share pick up hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3 to 6.
The cost for the Winter Share is $280 and is due at time of sign up.
