Winter Share #4 of 7: 12/3+12/5 The Last in the Field

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! And also hoping the storm wasn't too bad for too many.

This week's share is filled with vegetables that we're out in the fields still. Vegetables are amazing, and for some of them they become sweeter in the cold. Lucky for us! After this week, the only veggies we have out in the fields is kale (another reason we love kale so much). We turn to our growing tunnels for the rest of the fresh veg for the winter season. Things like lettuce, more kale, scallions, greens, and spinach are living life in the dirt inside our unheated greenhouse structures called tunnels.

So this week's share is gonna look a lot like last months shares and will include: potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, squashes, onions, broccoli, bok choy, bunched greens, chard, beets, parsnips, celeriac, turnips, radishes, cabbages, lettuce, and leeks
