Time to Get Started

Even though the high temperature for the next couple days is below freezing, we are already planning on starting seeds for the upcoming season! Greens in the high tunnels and onions in the greenhouse (well the root cellar at first, then the greenhouse) are the first to get into some soil. We still have a lot of projects to get finished during this 'off season' and before the days start getting really busy. There are also some crops that are already in the ground, that have survived the Winter so far, that should also start to growing again soon!

But it is still time to rest and restore ourselves before we hit the gas pedal!
