Spring Share Week #2 of 4- 5/6+5/8: Get It Started

We are sputtering a bit here this week with the wet weather. We are thankful the sun finally came out today after so many cloudy days. The overnight lows are actually quite high, though. That means the crops in the greenhouses are growing like gangbusters, but the fields are not dry enough to prep for the plants to go in. Quite the Spring conundrum.

But that means the crops in the tunnels are enjoying these warm nights, too. The earliest crops took forever to come in, and now they are all just rolling in one after another. We are also keeping our eyes on the asparagus. It looks like it might be ready in a week. So exciting!

We were so happy to see everyone again last week, and this week we have even more goodies to share! This week's veggies include: radishes, lettuce mix, spinach, scallions, kale, specialty greens, pea shoots, arugula, broccoli raab (aka rapini), and herbs!
