Spring Share Week #4 of 4- 5/19+5/21 The Last Spring Share

This week marks the final week of the Spring Share! It's always short, but full of sweet vegetables! It's been a great start to the season, and with the bland weather it's been a real bright spot.

With warmer (and hopefully slightly drier) weather we are being thrown into Planting Season. It's an intense time of year for us because we have a strict schedule to follow in order to get certain crops in the ground in time to harvest them before the season is up! We will be taking the next 2 weeks off from distributing shares so we can scramble to set the Summer season up right. The Summer Share is tentatively set to start the week of June 9th and 11th.

As for the final Spring Share, it will include carrots, beet greens, salad turnips and radishes, bok choy, scallions, bunched greens, spinach, lettuce mix, and green garlic.
