Welcome to the Root Down Farm, a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) project serving Greater Buffalo. Land for the CSA is farmed in Clarence Center. We are a Northeast Organic Farming Association of New York (NOFA-NY) Farmer's Pledge farm. CSA Shareholders come to the farm every week to pick up and u-pick their produce grown using organic standards and without synthetic or artificial pesticides, herbicides or fungicides.
*We are now FULL for the 2015 Season. If you were on the waitlist and did not get in or you are interested in joining, please email us to again be placed on the waitlist for the 2016 season.
THANK YOU!! to everyone who donated to the farm this season. We are able to do some more needed renovations to the (very) old barn. The barn will continue to have ongoing updates and renovations. This "addition" on the front of the milk parlor had a rotten roof. We tore down the bad section and will rebuild it.
Everything in the share is grown on the farm in Clarence.
